The Online Diamond Academy (ODA) is hosting a series of preseason online softball academy courses this winter on the weekends of February 1st through March 9th. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course! Sign up for one course or multiple courses for discounted pricing; first course is $100 for the full six weeks. Pitching Softball Course
Feb. 1 - Mar 9, 2025

The Online Diamond Academy (ODA) is hosting a preseason softball academy training course this winter on the weekends of February 1st through March 9th. The course will cover all aspects of pitching throughout the course as outlined below.

Week 1: Introduction to your warm up routine, frequency, environment, Set 1, Grip, Weighted Ball
Week 2: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 2-3 (Feet, hips, shoulders, release, accuracy, focus)
Week 3: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 4-6 (No weighted ball, windmill)
Week 4: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 7 (Top speeds, drills)
Week 5: Review warmups, new pitches: changeup / screwball (purpose and grips
Week 6: Course review, testing for certificate

General Softball Course
