The Online Diamond Academy (ODA) hosts a series of online softball courses throughout the year. These six week online courses offer flexibility in school and practice schedules to be completed weekly at your convenience. Think of it as a softball college for your player! Each academy participant will receive;
Six weeks of training in the specified area covered in the course
A certificate of completion at the end of the course
A One-on-One evaluation at the end of the course!
Become an ODA Member and get 2 courses along with 2 private lessons included in the membership!
Softball Pitching 101
June 14-July 26, 2025
6 Week Online Course

Softball Pitching 101 (Introduction)
Week 1: Introduction to your warm up routine, frequency, environment, Set 1, Grip, Weighted Ball
Week 2: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 2-3 (Feet, hips, shoulders, release, accuracy, focus)
Week 3: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 4-6 (No weighted ball, windmill)
Week 4: Your warm up routine; Review, Set 7 (Top speeds, drills)
Week 5: Review warmups, new pitches: changeup / screwball (purpose and grips
Week 6: Course Review: Testing for Certification
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and a One-on-One evaluation at the end of the course!

We offer motivating, goal oriented and extensive online courses and lessons with fastpitch softball pitchers. These weekly step-by-step and one-on-one lessons offer a break down of the game at your pace and on your schedule. We thoroughly cover the most basic up to the most advanced techniques in all areas of softball including pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, conditioning, the mental game, coaching, softball parenting, statistical breakdown and more.
