Diamond Academy Private Courses
Our Online Diamond Academy (ODA) private course is designed to to help individual players master their skills at their own pace, on their own time and for their personal current skill set. From beginners to advanced players, ODA helps push players to their next level in a laid out and easy to follow six week program.
Courses are available for pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, base running, comprehension, general softball counseling and conditioning. Below is a sample 6 week program on a predetermined day each week that works with your player's schedule. The call on week 1 typically is a longer call to get everything started.
Week 1 | Video Call: Introduction, discuss current skill set, gather stats from previous / current season, discuss goals for next season, discuss goals for upcoming six weeks, , start working on goals.
Week 2 | Video Call: Check on progress, submit videos, discuss progress / changes, continue working on goals.
Week 3 | Video Call: Check on progress, submit videos, discuss progress / changes, continue working on goals.
Week 4 | Video Call: Check on progress, submit videos, discuss progress / changes, continue working on goals.
Week 5 | Video Call: Check on progress, submit videos, discuss progress / changes, continue working on goals.
Week 6 | Video Call: Check on progress, submit final videos, discuss progress / changes, give final conclusion and advise how to continue working on goals. (Optionally renew course for next six weeks)

Week 1: Leadership, Team Captain, Getting Signs
Week 2: Review, Giving Signs, Getting Setup
Week 3: Review, Framing
Week 4: Review, Blocking, Recovery
Week 5: Review, Throw Downs, Situational Awareness
Week 6: Course Review: Testing for Certification
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and a One-on-One evaluation at the end of the course!
